No. The course starts from foundations and moves carefully through each module. If you have practiced before you'll recognise the layers; if not, you'll build them gently. Complete beginners are welcome.
Yes. On completing all contact hours and the final practicum, you receive an internationally recognised Sound Healing Teacher Training certificate from Haritha International Sound Healing.
Days run from around 6:30 AM (wake, warm water, tea) through morning yoga and pranayama, sattvic breakfast, the main teaching module, long lunch and rest, an afternoon hands-on lab, optional Ganga aarti, dinner, and lights off by 10 PM. The full rhythm is published in the "Daily Schedule" block above.
Yes — fully. The fee includes your stay (twin-share, with private and premium upgrades available), three sattvic meals a day plus chai, all course materials, and the complete curriculum. Sundays are rest days with an optional group excursion.
No. We provide bowls, tuning forks, cushions and all materials for every student. Many graduates choose to buy a personal bowl in Rishikesh at the end of the course; we are happy to help you pick one.
We are in Ram Jhula, Swargashram Rd. Pickup from Dehradun (DED) airport is complimentary — share your flight details when registering. Pickup from Delhi (DEL) is available on request for an additional fee. Full travel directions are on the How to Reach page.
Teacher trainings are intentionally small — typically twelve to sixteen students, always under twenty. This lets every student get direct feedback and hands-on supervision during practicum sessions.
Loose, modest practice clothing; shoulders and knees covered when walking around the town. Bring a warm shawl (especially November–February), a refillable water bottle and a notebook. A Haritha t-shirt and tote bag are included in the course kit.
Yes — many students add a healing course, Ayurveda retreat, or a few quiet residency days on either side of the TTC. Write to us with the dates you have in mind and we will shape an itinerary that flows cleanly between programs.
